MEET DIANE WEBSTER
Diane Webster is the Managing Broker of Baja California Real Estate, bringing decades of real estate experience across multiple U.S. markets, Europe, and Mexico to the clients she represents.
Her career has given her experience with different property markets, transaction environments, and client circumstances. That broader perspective is particularly valuable in Baja California, where many clients are making property decisions outside their home country and need guidance that takes both local realities and international considerations into account.
For more than 16 years, Diane has lived and worked in Baja California, developing an in-depth understanding of the region and the particular considerations involved in buying, owning, and selling property here. She has advised buyers, sellers, property owners, and investors through everything from straightforward residential transactions to more complex situations requiring careful research, negotiation, and strategic judgment.
Her experience across the United States, Europe, and Mexico shapes the way she works today: looking beyond the transaction itself, recognizing potential issues early, and helping clients make well-informed property decisions with a clear understanding of their options.
